Considering the above post, where everything Trump claims is demonstrably untrue, only one of two conclusions can be drawn;
1. He deliberately lies for political gain, to try and convince the ignorant that he has achieved his claims and his policies are successful.
Or
2. He genuinely believes things that are demonstrably untrue. In other words he has a mental health problem, he is delusional.
Either option makes him unfit for office.
